Take your time and do it right. Also, many gain it back when they lose it too quickly. The more you starve yourself and lose weight quickly, the more your body stores fat and you gain more. Your metabolism slows and it's harder to lose weight. Proven fact.
Atkins/Sugar Busters worked for me. Cut my cravings and appetite after the first few days, gave me lots of energy, I liked what I ate, and lost pretty quickly.
Some say it's not good for you because they haven't read the book and understand how it works medically, and haven't followed it correctly.
Good luck and try to be patient. It didn't come on overnight and it won't be gone overnight.
