I am currently taking Hoodia DEX-L10.
I have been taking it for almost a month now and i have lost a couple of lbs. I have the one that is suppose to suppress your appetite. I only find this to help if i take 2 at a time. It helps for maybe an hour.
I think it might be a waist of money! I have been exercising 6 sometimes 7 days a week and eating a lot healthier. I think it has more to do with my weight lose then the Hoodia.
I also have tried Herbalife. I find myself having to drink a cup while i work out to get me motivated and exercise longer.
