They say that there supposed to wipe out cravings, but really they only give you a small non craving fix. I am not saying they dont work, becasue when I took one it almost gave me a non-hungry feeling, but I still kinda thought about food. Its all about the mind! Anyone else take those pills?
it did help e but unfortunately it was too laxative for me...now im getting the results i want merely by cutting down carbs,fat and protein to small portions and drinking lots of herbal tea flavored with either lemon,lime or grapefruit juice...
