thinking about buying appetite suppresents like Hoodia. good idea or no
i'm 17. i have had a hard time losing weight for awhile. i dont need to lose TOO much...i'm 5'2" and 135 pounds, so i wanna lose about 15 pounds. i've heard Hoodia works pretty well for lowering appetite and want to give it a try. what do you think?

NO first of all you aren't over weight, try excercising, downsizing portions, and eating healtheir. Hoodia tricks your body into thinking it's full, leaving your body actually fatigued from the lack of vitamens, protein and nutrients you aren't consuming. I know it seems like a good idea, and you won't notice the fatigue at first but it will kick in, and you will begin to over eat causing you to gain the weight back if not more.

Well i have 1 word for you. STOP GOING ON A DIET! DIETS DON"T WORK! EVEN IF YOU GO ON THE INTERNET AND TYPE IN " Do diets work" THEY WILL SAY NO. STOP TRYING TOO! sorry for the caps well.... you should stop eating so much fattening and oily food and stay healthy. Go for a jog daily and eat a healthy meal not that junk food and fat oil food. But just eat healthy and do what i do jog or go on the tread mill if you have 1. Go for a 1 hour jog every morning at 6:00 of you have class then try to do it 2 hours or 1 before it..... like if you have class at 7:00 go jogging at 5:00 but make sure you go to bed early and do you homework fast so you don't have to worry about it when you jog.... yea.... best me ^_^ AND ITS A WASTE OF MONEY ON THOSE PILLS! THEY MOSTLY HAVE SIDE EFFECTS SO DON"T TRUST THEM!
