Phentermine is said to be for obese people, I had major side effects but I did loose my apetite, help!?

I need to loose 20 lbs tops, it is not little, but I wouldn't say i am totally obese. I tried phentermine and I felt terrible side effects: shaking, sweating, dizzyness. However I lost my apetite completely! Never felt this before! I want to go back to it, start with half the dosage. However, i wanted to know if this is safe since I am a bit scared from the side effects. Then again, I started with the whole pill a day. Is phentermine only for obese-obese people? Please advice!!! Thanks!

great diet pill to use only if you received it from your Dr. the side effect should have last 7day max. being obese does not mean your fat, that's just the scale Dr use. I'm 5'9 235lb I'm obese. I would love to have weight loose surgery but i don't qualify for it. however according to the scale I'm obese and should be ale to have it. in the mean time i to take phentermine the highest dosage their is. as you said while taking them I'm no hungry at all which is a good thing.

Ask your doctor about decreasing the dosage. Phentermine can be great for weight loss but you should be taking it by prescription and under supervision. It can have serious adverse side effects (like raising your blood pressure).

i have used this drug,i started out with taking a half a pill for three days then the normal dose and this allowed my body to get use to it, its an effective medication make sure your doc has done the proper blood work and a good exam before taking them as this can be a dangerous medication if you have certain health problems, and it worked for me i lost 55 pounds and i have been able to maintain it for 2 years............GOOD LUCK
