PHENTERMINE, has anyone had good results or no someone who has???

I am very overweight and my doctor gave me a persrciption for phentermine. I go to the gym at least 5 times a week and I started eating right. My first day on the pill had me feeling like I wasnt hungry at all. My question is has anyone lost a lot of weight or know someone who has.

( I know some of you are going to say there bad dont take pills, but ive made up my mind to, thanks anyway)

I have used it a couple of times and found it to be tremendously helpful, especially in the first month. After that it's effects on the appetite decrease somewhat. I have lost 78 pounds since August and the first 3 months of that I took phentermine.
