Generic phentermine has different manufacturers and each manufacturer package their products differently. There are manufacturers product the same drug with the same dose but packages them differently. There are several yellow phentermine made by different companies. So far the one I know which is packaged in black is the one by Lannett, specifically, Lannett 0597 30 Black Capsule.
Ideally, the color of the packaging should affect the effects of the drug since they supposed to carry the same drug which is 30 mg of Phentermine.
