does hoodia really work for surpressing your hunger?

i want to get it for that reason and kinda lose weight but mainly for the surpressing my hunger. so is it good or no. and is there only one kind.please dont tell me all that eating 5 meals a day is the best way to lose weight andkeep you full its kinda hard to do that when im at school

It never worked for me but I got some stuff called PGX Daily and it's a fiber and safe.It makes me feel full and I don't want to eat the wall paper when I get home from work but start out slow like it tells you because your body needs to adjust or you'll end up with the toots.

Doesn't work. There is no magic pill and there never will be.

Anything that says FDA approved just means it's safe to consume and won't kill you. It doesn't mean it works.

If hoodia really did work, wouldn't we all be taking it?
