HoodiaJunk! Water Didn't Work! Olive Oil Didn't Work! What Are Some POWERFUL Natural Appetite Suppressants
I take Seroque to help me sleep at night, but it causes me to get hungry. I have looked into all different types of Appetite Suppressants. The most common is Hoodia, which is junk. I have taken different types, at different doses, from well known companies and it doesn't do anything. Some reports say you need to take a large dose of Hoodia, every single day, for months and months before it will work. Which I have done and still nothing; just a giant waste of money. I have tried drinking water. I have tried settling my stomach with Olive Oil. I have tried different fruits and vegetables, but nothing seems to be working. Each web site I read either has the same info that every other site has, or it is a Shill Site trying to get people to buy some garbage products.

So what really works? What have others tried that they found to be helpful? I will even get a prescription through my doctor if need be, but I would rather go the natural route first. But I would love to hear what has worked for others, no matter how weird. (And Please Don't Make Fun Of My Post By Posting Something Generic Like "Eating Suppresses My Appetite!". That's Not Helpful)

All that hoodia junk is a gimmick. Eat loads of leafy low calorie vegetables like steamed broccoli, spinach, and mushrooms. Avoid potatos, corn, wheat, rice, pasta and other starches.

When you eat your veggies make sure to drink loads of water or tea as well.

Have you ever thought about taking hydroxycut or any of those other fat burners which suppresses appetite? If so, be careful. You see, I tried it and got really sick. I guess, you need to do your homework before taking them. Best to read something like this Hydroxycut Side Effects | Hydroxycut Reviews
Otherwise, you might find yourself with a splitting headache and stuff.
