There is no 'best', IMO. There's quite a few of them that are really good. Just choose the one you're most comfortable with who has the shipping & payment methods you want. I'm personally going to stick with myscriptsrx.... but a lot of people prefer rxsaves, or processrx.

I don't think I can use ECheck in the UK so I envy you now that they don't take Visa any more.

Well, I received my package from iwantmeds. It was the generic soma, and it seems to be pretty decent. Works as well as the Watson brand as far as I can tell. They had good service, communication and packaging.

I'm not really sure if rxsaves ships by FedEx, but if they do, you have to put the FedEx location you want to pick up at as the shipping address. In one of the sections that isn't used like the "Company" or "Address 2" lines, I always put HOLD AT FEDEX also. Sometimes the vendor will have somewhere you can select to have it held when making your order. But if not, this has always worked for me. Hope it helps.

ChiChi and cbragg thank you for your posts. I've posted an introduction in that section, so I won't go into great detail, but you have saved me a few days of misery this week. I suffer from severe pain in my knee and my actual doseage of Tramadol has exceeded my rx by apx 2 tabs a day and I was looking at running out early. My pharmacy (and doc) was tough on me already for this, so I was certain I was going to be cut off with both pain and withdrawal. Anyway, as a result of your posts I ordered Tramadol from processrx and it arrived today.

Sassafras, RX saves does ship using FedEx. I believe it's the only method they do. They also only do COD. And yes, you can have it held at the FedEx store for pickup.

Apparently Rxdrugmd is now having some serious delays at their pharmacy. Not sure what's happening but they have added a notice to their "secure portal" of this, saying that orders that are "shipped" are not actually shipped but are going through the process and won't actually have shipped until you are sent an actual tracking number (not the ship number). I have no idea how long this delay is expected to last.

That "portal" is nothing more than the back door to Troy Pharm.

Looks like this is nothing more than a 3rd party processor for COD orders.

That initial "tracking number" of 10 digits means absolutly nothing.
A true COD tracker will be like 20'ish digits

And it looks as tho, an additional day gets added on to your order.
So forget about overnighting

I REALLY want an OP I can go with to place another order for Trams. My options so far are practically zero, mostly because I'm in a state to which about 60% don't seem to ship.

Rx saves can lick nads as far as I'm concerned. No, I'm not going to give them my id. I wouldn't even give them the ID of someone I DON'T like, and I'm pretty freaking fond of myself. (on most days). What would they like me to do as a follow up? Walk up to the nypd & empty my pockets? There has got to be another way, though I have yet to find it

For me there's been no silver lining as far as finding a domestic source from which to purchase Tramadol. In the end, I really felt like I had to go the IOP route..but that is just me personally, and I haven't actually received the "goods" yet, so I can't vouch for quality or anything. I'm sure there are great OPs for Tramadol out there, but I've been researching for over a month now, and have yet to find one that 1. ships to my state 2. REALLY, TRULY ships overnight to first time customers (I've found that every single one I've tried has told me it would be a couple days to put everything in order b/c I'm new), 3. Offers COD, which I find to be safest. I would use VISA if I had to, but anytime I see VISA, they either don't ship to my state, or don't do overnight...

oh and 4. Doesn't ask for a ridiculous amount of personal info before I place an order (Friendly clinic or Rxsaves anyone?)

If anyone is able to find a great OP that ships to Virginia, offers COD, and really will ship an order overnight for a new customer as long as they place their order in the morning of that day, I will take my hat off to you. Processrx might have been able to do this for me, but they rejected me because I made a stupid mistake filling out the medical form. I can't try to go with them again can I? Or will they just reject me again because they did before?? Their prices do seem pretty high, though.

I am in no way trying to convince anyone that OPs are not the way to go. Just voicing my frustration with my personal experience thus far. If anyone can point me and other people in the same boat in a better direction, I'm sure we'd all be grateful. I can only imagine there ARE others of us in this very predicament. I've received great help from people on this forum already, problem is every single source suggested is either shut down already, doesn't ship to my state, doesn't do COD, blah, blah, blah. My best bet for the future is to save money, and purchase from an IOP while I still have a goood amount of my script left as backup.

Lucy, you can still place another order with ProcessRX. The first time I tried to place an order with them I used fake credentials because I didn't want to have to use my real information but then I figured out that they required an ID to be e-mailed to them. I waited a week or two and then placed another order using my real data but a different e-mail address and the order went through just fine, and 3 days later I had my medication in my hand.
