    Hi there,

    First post!

    Last Thursday, I connected with Eztramadol.com. I placed my order at about 1:30 PM EST. I did not get an email confirm immediately, so I called in to the customer service number. The fellow who answered passed me to another line that confirmed my order and cc details. They explained though that because it was now after 2 PM EST, my order would not go out overnight, that I would have to wait until Monday for delivery. Bummer.

    Fast forward the tape to Friday afternoon. I wondered to the mailbox (I work from home) to get the mail, and great timing, who pulls up but the Fedex dude with my goods! So Eztramadol exceeded expectations. They under-promised and over-delivered.

    I also ordered from Rxsaves for delivery to a family member's house down in South Carolina (I live in NC). I went on the Fedex site to ask for the shipment to be held at Fedex facility. I need to trek down there to pick up my shipment.

    My experience with them is that they charge a lot more than other vendors and they sold my number to spammers who call sometimes 8-10 times a day.

    seems strange that a "licensed U.S. doctor" would just write a script w/o a face-to-face
    but i suppose there are those types out there..

    Default EZTramadol compliant

    I have ordered from EZtramadol in the past without difficulties however 2 weeks ago I ordered tramadol, the website stated that tramadol was in stock and shipping, after three days I was told when I called that they were out of tramadol and couldn't find a pharmacy to obtain the rx. They told me that my only solution at this point was to cancel the order and make a new one and I was told that my Visa debit card would be reimbursed in 3-5 working days. I'm a disabled elderly person and don't have a lot of money to lose, this was 8-27-12 and at today's date 9-6-12 I still do not have my Visa debit reimbursed. I've called them 3 times in those weeks and I'm always told to wait 3-5 days, or it might take a while for your bank to process it. Today, I was told that shipping has to do the reimbursement, I told the customer service rep that I been with my bank for 8 years and they immediately post incoming funds as soon as they are recieved, no waiting for processing, in other words, so I know it's not a problem with them. After all of this, I probably wouldn't use this company again and certainly not until I get my Visa debit credited. I've now waited 11 days with no rembursement in sight.

    Call them and tell them it was a fraudulent charge....that u never recieved ur goods...they will debit ur account.

    I would not do that right away. At the very least call eztramadol and tell them if you don't get your refund right away you will do a charge back. That will likely light a fire under them. If you do a charge back they will probably lose their cc processor and the rest of us will lose an iop that takes cards. There aren't a lot of them left.

    when i called them a couple weeks ago some guy answered and all he wanted was my cc number. u could tell he was completly unproffesional probably a scammer. didn't ask any medical questions or anything. he didnt even seem to know what meds were on the site lol. so i told him i wanted to do COD instead to see what he'd say and he was like "ohhh...i guess we could do that." And the order never came obviously. It seems they've gotten shady.

    scammer & shady ? You're way way out of line with that comment.

    Thumbs down EZTRAMADOL.COM is Fraudulent and Liars - STAY AWAY

    EZTRAMADOL.COM are crooks and liars. It has been 1 1/2 months since I placed an order and they keep saying another 1-2 weeks. They will not cancel my check even though I have repeatedly asked them to do so. Each rep does not know what they are doing and say the last rep gave me wrong info that it will be another week or 2 and I say that is what the rep told me 2 weeks ago..Nothing on their website says the first order takes 2-3 months to go through. 2 weeks after I ordered they said oh you were supposed to send your id by email, I advised the other rep stated to send it through mail and the rep said "No that is incorrect" so where did my id go that I sent through mail? I had to then send my info again through email. I then also had to send a copy of my bank statement and they said 1-2 weeks after that the order should go through. I waited a week and called on the status and they said another 1-2 weeks. I called a week later they said the last rep did not know what they are talking about that the order will be another week or so. They said that the check was just processed and should take about a week to clear my bank well after 3 weeks of waiting this time I called back _ The whole time the money has been in my bank account waiting for them to process the check and they state it still has not cleared "WHAT?" after 1 1/2 months it still has not cleared when you charge me next day shipping? Now they will not cancel my check. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

    Are you telling me that you actually sent them a copy of your BANK STATEMENT??? That should have been an immediate red flag.

    You had better keep an eye on your account. Or better yet, get a new one.

    First Post so be kind.

    I have used EZ for a long while with a pretty good track record except when they supply issues (maybe in 2011? cant remember exactly). I placed an order (w/ a CC) this past Sat & received my order confirmation email that said it was processed. And my cc was charged. It Tuesday night and I havent rec'd my Rx or a ship notice yet. I went on the site today and was going to check order status and their phone number isn't posted as usual and when I click on 'check order status' the link appears broken. I clicked on a few other areas on the website such as 'place an order' and again the page link is broken or maybe the page is partially down (not completely).
    I also called an old number I had for cust service that I think is still the current number and left a message early today...no one has called or emailed a status update.

    I am sharing in case anyone else either 1) knows what is going on - the website not acting right worries me a little and 2) to let others know in case they are freaking out like me. I am freaking out b/c I had to ration what I have left today to get through and now I am feeling a bit withdrawn, not a good feeling walking into an unknown amount of time without the med. I have #4 tabs left. :-(

    What a bummer

    I guess because of that pharmacy bust the other day that they either got cold feet or the DEA gave them a warning.
    I hope the pharmacy that they were using is still filling scripts as they seemed to be one of only a few left in the USA filling for these NROP's.

    i noticed that today too eztram ive used them for two years without problems,im freaking out i live in texas and im so scared ill never find another site as reliable as eztramadol,can anyone give me some info or help??

    @rmjiujitsu - You can read about it here. It shut down some affiliates, but I am not clear as to which affiliate program their affiliates were part of. This was the parent company, so their affiliates are toast - probably not legally, but certainly in the ability to do business.

    i read it so that means eztram is toast and we cant order tramadol anymore? their the only ones i could regularly get it from? what should we do about ordering tram? the pharmacy mine came from was troy pharmacy

    @chestercat i dunno where i can order from now that eztram is gone processrx requires you have a prescription where can you order from without one?
