Cart admin/Experian fraud?

I had a weird experience today with a cart admin site. I've used these sites a few times over the years and they have always been reliable. Last night I placed an order and everything seemed to be normal, however, I didn't get an email with confirmation like I usually do. Then when I woke up this morning I saw a charge from Experian credit reporting for $19.95. When I called them they said that someone had used by card to get my credit report. I told them I did not authorize this and they said they would credit my account. Then I called my bank and had them freeze my credit card. Now, I still have not received any contact from the cart admin company. Has this ever happened to anyone else? When I went back to try to load the page I ordered from my browser history it says that my request has failed. I wonder if this was a dummy site or something set up to look like a cart admin one?

Check your spam folder as just about all of their emails land in that area. If you had written down your order number when you ordered, I would call them inquiring with that order number. If not call them and let them know you haven't received any email confirmation. Never the less when you call expect to be on hold around 20 to 40 mins on the phone to speak to a live rep

Seems weird

Like why would they be interested in running a credit profile?
All they really desire is an OK Code on the charge. Don't make sense.

So after canceling my credit card and my bank telling me that the pending charge to cart admin was cancelled as well, two days later I actually got my package. Guess the charge did not get cancelled after all. So weird because I got no email, no call, or anything. Funny thing is, I ended up using rxsaves to get another batch, so now I have enough tramadols to last me quite awhile!
