Is 5mg of Cialis strong enough?

I did not look, but spouse said there was TV ad (offering free sample) for Cialis and web site at Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and Treatment for the Signs and Symptoms of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), CIALIS (tadalafil) tablets) When I have some extra time I'll look and correct if addy is wrong. Hope he is right. Says it involves a coupon.

Have you asked doc why the other two do not work. We have success with all three of these drugs, and I posted befoe that when we do not, the problem has been with us, not the drugs.

@Magician....I guess it could be you could get a 200mg and cut it into tenths. HAHA.

Or, since my dose is 10mg, I'd have to cut it into twentieths. Even if I mashed it up it would be difficult to get the right dose. Sometimes too much of a good thing is not so good.

EBDude, your post is the first I've seen that mentions 200mg Cialis dose. That is WAY TOO MUCH and could be VERY DANGEROUS.

Cialis Overdose
I am NOT suggesting anyone try a large dose of cialis. I DO NOT KNOW and am asking if anyone knows.
Sounds like way too much to me. Maybe it would be cheap to split up into many doses.I did a google search for cialis overdose and found one report of a guy OD on 40 mg.
This sounds crazy to me!! WARNING I ran across a black cialis of 800mg on one site. That's 40x the usual dose of 20 mg. WTF?

When i use a 5 mg i find it i need alittle more kick.I started breaking one pill and i take 1.5 pills or 7.5 mg.

Cialis for daily use is generally prescribed as 2.5 or 5mg once daily. Keep in mind, this particular PDE 5 inhibitor has a much longer half life than Viagra or Levitra. If you are using Cialis on a PRN ( as needed) basis than you should generally try 10mg or 20 mg PRN . You can certainly take 2.5mg or 5mg PRN as well, and if that does the trick for you, all the better.

I used 5,10 and 20mg cialis. 5 wasnt enough and 20 gave me headaches. 10 was the magic number.

I find 10mg to work for me but I have been recently put on a daily dose of 5mg a day. We'll see how it works when I find somewhere to purchase it as it's to expensive here in the US.

I've used Levitra and Viagra with good results in the past. But I'd have to take atleast 20mg of Levitra and at least 50mg of Viagra for it to work well. My Dr. prescribed me Cialis to evaluate but only prescribed x8 5mg doses. Will this even work? or do i need to take 4 of them (20mg).

For my personal case I use a quarter tablet of any of L, V, or C
My guess is since you take a half tab of V, a half tab of C (10mg) is my guess.

But whatever, just experiment! Your doctor understands it takes time to fidnthe correct dosage

5mg usually does it for me.. other than that I didnt get the normal side effects.. such as the flush, headache etc.. so yea.. 5mg is where i'll start from now on

For those mentioning a 200mg dose listed on websites, that's likely a VERY dangerous typo, instead of 20mg.

10mg of Tadalafil will last about a day and a half. Taking it Friday night seems to cover Saturday as well. Take it with lots of water or the headache is bad.

Whether it was the brand-name or alternative -- I've always used 100mg pills and taken half. I take it with plenty of water, takes effect relatively quickly, and the results run up to 24 hours.
