cialis(tadalafil) tolerance build up

im 23 and for the indefinite future due to physical ED will be using once daily 5mg cialis, and 20mg once a week.. i am concerned that by using a daily dose my body will build up a tolerance to the drug and stop working.. can the body build up a tolerance to cialis(tadalafil) or does the body not reject it because of how it works? i wonder if it only stops working if someones condition worsens over time and in fact not the drug stopping? has anyone had this diminished effect?

I have the same thing going on and i have been doing it for over a year and not a single problem. I don't know if you go to the store and get your stuff but I order mine on line bro. I think its because the Pharmacist is hot where I go! LOL

But in all seriousness I don't think it is possible because it is not something like a normal narcotic where you can plug up the receptor sites and build a tolerance.
