The search button is deciding not to work at the moment on my phone so I'll go ahead and ask this. Does anyone have any experience with cialis or viagra professional?? If so what are the differences between those and the regular generic cialis or viagra? Thanks, any information is appreciated.

@billyboy1965 I was thinking the same thing, you see all these generic viagra products. Professional, soft tabs, jell etc. Like you said a boner is a boner haha I couldn't of said it better myself. I think the "professional " is supposed to have something in it to make you last longer no pun intended.

Basically, Viagra Professional is the "next generation" of Viagra. It is an extra-strength version of the first sildenafil drug to treat erectile dysfunction. It works in essentially the same fashion as the original. The patient takes a pill orally prior to intercourse to achieve an erection. It worked for me. They all have. Generic Levitra has the fewest side effects. I prefer generic Cialis but that seems to work better for me the next day!

Yea I think I might purchase some kamagra from a popular site on here. I believe they are 4 for $28 or something like that. Still better than the $20 a pop from the pharmacy or the 3 for $120 from the domestic OP like cartadmin.

my impression from reading up on the professional versions is the reaction time is quicker instead of 60 mins it can be within 15-30 mins

is this real? i mean i keep tadacip but can this professional version be really better than tadacip which is actually the closest to the original? I think it's only marketing, how can a generic unknown manufacturer make a product better than the original? Lilly would have made itself a better cialis version if that could have been possible, don't you think? I would like to know it... cause i'm looking for the best generics so far and never found something which works...

The FDA has strict rules about studies that need to be done/regulations that need to be followed before a new or improved drug can be released. It can take years for all this to be sorted out.

So its certainly possible that an unknown manufacturer could make an improved drug BUT its likely just marketing.

Nowhere it says that any of the ED medications can help 100% of the people.

Are you suggesting that the "real thing" works for you but none of the Generics works? If that is the case then you need to be "looking" some more.

I was very interested in any information about all this pills advertised in every OP like "profesional", "superactive" or "soft" or jelly texture. That was, obviously, because I was looking for a pill that was effective in shorter time. How innocent I was!
As most of you already know, there's a new product alike of Viagra and relatives called Avanafil (I think) that it's been comercialized almost only with the promise of acting in shorter time that their cousins Sildenafil, Tadalafil and Vardenafil. I guess that this achievement has been performed after a high cost investigation, along with very expensive tests to prove its effectiveness. And then comes the question: Do you really think that a first class laboratories would have spent so much money in a new product against DE with the only advantage of acting a little earlier if only mixing the already known products with certain excipients to make them jelly or whatever they turn out they actually act so fast as this new product? And second question: Do you really think that Pfizer or Lilly or Bayer, knowing that their competitors are seeking for a new product to remove them away from the large profits of this sector of pharmacy business, basically on the basis of the time of reaction of their products, weren't willing to simply mix their products with other excipients that for sure they (as greats pharmacies they surely are) already know, and then make them acting faster? NO, if there were a single possibility to make their product acting faster with changing the excipients, you can be sure that they had make the mixing by themself and surely since the very beggining. Come on, folks! We are talking about money and pharmacies! There's no doubt. They would have done anything to beat their competitors and earn a single extra dollar .

I added a few tabs of Cialis Pro to my most recent order from a site I have used in the past. I have heard less than stellar reviews of the effectiveness of the med, but they were "free extras" so I suppose I wont be losing much if they don't work. It will be pretty ironic if they are less effective than regular generic Cialis, because they are supposed to be an upgraded version of Tadalafil, and the company charges a bit more for them. I will make a follow up post as soon as I try one out. Currently they are somewhere in the black hole that is US Customs.

I had not heard of Avanafil until your post, so thanks. I did some research. and this is what the new ED med promises:
