Dapoxetine 60mg + Tadalafil 20mg

I was about to order this, but I haven't been able to find people saying much about it. What's the duration of Dapoxetine like, does it actually last long enough that you can get the effects of the Tadalafil if you were to maybe take it in the morning (preparing for night time activities)? Wondering if it's better to buy Dapoxetine separately or maybe just 5-HTP and take one a bit before the activity rather than bothering with the combination pill?

It was my understanding that dapoxetine is used for premature ejaculation and not erectile dysfunction. If you have that problem, that I'd guess that's for you. If you do not, why bother?

If you look around you can find what's called P-force which is a combination of dapoxetine and sildenafil. I've talked to guys who have used this they say it is absolutely the best for long extended love making sessions. Personally I don't use because physically I dont have the strength to last for 5 hour sessions.

It's been my experience that the Tadalafil (Cialis) will kick in about 30 minutes after you take it and last 48-36 hours. Dapoxetine takes about an hour to begin working but only lasts for about 6 hours. You might get the most bang for your buck (haha) if you take Viagra (sildenafil) (instead of more expensive, but longer lasting, Cialis) with the Dapoxetine an hour or so before sexual activity.

I'm just a bit more fond of Cialis than Viagra, I really like the ability to not have to take it right beforehand if possible. If the Dapoxetine doesn't last long enough to be able to work with the duration of the Cialis (if it lasted maybe 9 or so hours that would work fine I think) then I'll probably just use 5-HTP or Dapoxetine separately to take beforehand as the P.E. isn't really too big of an issue for me. Can usually do fine with a drink or two, just nice to be able to be more confident about it. The price of them together was quite nice, but oh well.

Anyway, I still think it would be good to get some more information from people that have bought this combination (it's being sold as T-ject 60, I believe) so if anyone has any experience with it then please share.

Well, since Tadalafil acts better 8 or 12 hours after you take it, I can't see the useful of a pill that combines dapoxetine with it when dapoxetine only lasts 6 hours.
If you are going to use dapoxetine, that wears off in six hours, that's because you are expecting having sex whithin this six hours and then you don't need to combine it with a product that is going to act for more than 36 hours. Your logic mixed choose with dapoxetine should be sildenafil or vardenafil, both acting for 4 or 6 hours, that is the same time dapoxetine is expected to last. If you have tadalafil instead, then the others 30 hours that you will be enjoying it, either you are not going to have sex or you are going to be needing some more dapoxetine. And if what you purchased was the mix of dapoxetine and tadalafil, you are going to overdose tadalafil.
So if you are a tadalafil consumer, you better order your dapoxetine separately. So you will be able to use several doses of dapoxetine during the time tadalafil is working.
If you want a mix, you better buy the mix of dapoxetine with sildenafil or with vardenafil. So both will be acting and will wear off at the same time and you will be able to have another full dose the next day.

I completely agree with BEXTOR....dapoxetine mixed with Tadalafil is not the best combo in 1 pill.....sildenafil or vardenafil is going to be the best combo...if you are going to use dapoxetine with Tadalafil it really is best to buy each separate

Definitely makes sense, I'll order the Tadalafil by itself and figure something out for any P.E. issues I have. Probably better not to get a mixed product like this for me anyway since it's quite likely there will be times I will want the Tadalafil by itself.

yea definitely good choice. it doesnt seem to make sense how they combine those two. i would buy each seperate and you combine how you want.
