Does Cialis work throughout the night or only for one "session"?
As in, if I taek a pill, have sex, then say 4 hours later have sex again, will it still be in effect? Or is another pill needed?

Cialis makes the claim that it's effective for 36 hours. Get Real.

best bet: ginseng, Black Pearl (capsules), Yohimbe Bark.
