No, no, and no....not unless they were specifically looking for those drugs for a reason. But a regular drug test is usually just looking for pot, cocaine, narcotics, etc. It is best to tell them if you are on a muscle relaxer though if that would not be a problem if this is for a job. But, if not, don't worry about it. They shouldn't show at all.
