I have had these pills for two years and have been unattached, now i may be able to make use of them will they still be effective?

Expiry dates for pharmaceutical products are usually 3 years from the date it was manufactured. If you are not sure when the drug was made & it's already 2 years that the drug is in storage, better not to take it, just to be safe.
