    I have a small trees worth of medical records dating back to 2009-present..

    Why can't you post the name of the dr/clinic? I'm just curious why people have to pm or email you for information? Maybe I'm missing something?

    If you follow my post some one actually had good in site of where to look I would re post it but it will not let me. The thing with that is your on your own . The clinics I put you onto have very nice doctors.

    I have a friend who is looking for a new pain management doctor. Do you have information regarding one in the Tennessee/Kentucky area? If so, is there a long wait time to get an avaiable appointment? Thanks in advance.
