new here & screwed up - need refund w/visa from quickpillsrx.com
Hi just found this board after getting scammed (stupid me) but paid w/visa, product didn't come - how hard is it to contest charge? any tips? thought if I paid w/credit card I would be ok but now am wondering b/c it went through a whole verified w/visa process. thanks in advance!

Sad to hear that you got scammed. You didn't mention the name of the site that scammed you though. One thing I wonder is how long you have waited for your product, and what grade of delivery service you paid for. Sometimes it can be up to two months for a package to clear customs by first class post, especially if the country of origin has a bad reputation with your destination country. And some people say they've paid loads of money for express courier service, and it still took several weeks to arrive. You want to give the seller a fair chance to get the product to you, but you don't want to wait so long that you lose your rights to claim on your credit card. I think my credit cards let me make a claim within 90 days. If you've not asked your bank for a chargeback/refund in the past, they should be pretty cooperative with you. But I guess it depends on your bank and your history with them. Good luck!

Thank you for your advice! I didn't put the name b/c I know I have not given them enough time, but the reason I believe it is scam is it was from an email and although it looks like a legitimate site, there are NO reviews/mention of them on this review board, so it looks pretty bad to me. From what I have now read on this board, never buy from emails-always a scam and I am just getting that feeling now. They said they would ship within 24 hours & send me an email, but they have not sent an email & when I contacted them they said sometimes shipping is delayed for various reasons, but I am wondering if they are stalling as their MO so that you lose the time you have to contest.
The medication I purchased is hydro, which I take for my back but my pain is worsening & I done PT, shots, etc. with nothing helping but doc keeps me on a strict leash w/the hydro (been taking for 5 years). From what I have read it seems doubtful that I will find a hydro supplier, though. If anyone has any suggestions for me as far as a good supplier I would appreciate it, but at this point it looks like I am just going to continue to be in pain.

Hello if you did charger you CC , just dispute the charge ASAP before the 3 months...

3 mos - got it, thank you much. Site is quickpillsrx.com. I emailed their online support (rxsup24.com) and they advised me shipment would go out on Mon. & that they would issue me a refund if I do not receive. Still think I got had as this was a spammer email (I used to know better - pain must be killing my brain cells). Will update as to what happens, although I feel like I really stepped into it, am waiting for bunk package to arrive if anything so they can say they sent something. On the off chance I receive something legit will let you know, but as I indicated before, I followed all the rules NOT to follow when buying meds online - the only thing I did not do wrong was sent WU/money order.

Big, giant surprise -quickpillsrx & their CS page rxsup24 are both gone/unavailable! Shocking, I know. Submitted dispute w/visa last night & canceled card to be safe. Let this be a warning to the dumb ones like me. Just glad I realized it was a mistake & gave up hope last week, as the worst part about something like this is being in pain, getting expectations for relief, and waiting for something that is not to come. I don't think there is a good source for what I am looking for.

update - received package of pills with vicodin es stamped on them - totally fake meds, think from pakistan because of some of the paper the bag was wrapped in, although outside of package did not indicate where it was from (other than a JFK stamp). Really glad I got my head together & canceled w/visa, because I am sure it would have been a process of them pretending to reship better pills, waiting, more bad meds, etc. as I have read other similar experiences.
