    If a physician prescribed 4gm of aspirin to be taken daily, how many 5 grain tablets should the patient take each day?

    about 12 tablets

    approximately 65 mg per grain
    5 grain tablet = 325mg per tablet
    4gm = 4000mg
    4000mg / 325mg = 12.3 tablets
