No worries, DB! I can't get the emoticons to work, either. What browser are you using? I'm using Google Chrome, which is super-fast, but I can't get emoticons to work on any of the forums. I guess it is supposed to be a "streamlined" browser, but you would think it would allow something that basic!
One other thing - I realized when I said I hadn't gotten a response from clickremedy that he/she was probably asleep. Sometimes I forget we are on opposite sides of the world! Other than that, always good communication. I did offer to pay for the second shipment if the first one ever does show up, just as a good faith gesture. I suspect that I will be permanently switching to clickremedy as my primary vendor. <insert smiley here>!!
