No worries, DB! I can't get the emoticons to work, either. What browser are you using? I'm using Google Chrome, which is super-fast, but I can't get emoticons to work on any of the forums. I guess it is supposed to be a "streamlined" browser, but you would think it would allow something that basic!

One other thing - I realized when I said I hadn't gotten a response from clickremedy that he/she was probably asleep. Sometimes I forget we are on opposite sides of the world! Other than that, always good communication. I did offer to pay for the second shipment if the first one ever does show up, just as a good faith gesture. I suspect that I will be permanently switching to clickremedy as my primary vendor. <insert smiley here>!!

probably a major coincidence, but i opened a paypal acct for the first time to use click months ago. chinese type characters. now my paypal acct has been hacked and the language when i view my acct is now in chinese. it was hacked to buy online gaming. they guessed or otherwise got my paypal password. maybe not so much a coincidence. thailand is not china i know, but...

the only other op i used somehow got my cc hacked..basic meds, i resolved it and continued using them.

Hmmm...that is very good information, DB. I, too, used paypal with click and there were foreign characters. They gave me a bit of a hard time when I wanted to pay that way (something about fear of paypal and other customers mentioning meds), but ended up allowing it.

When I paid the $25 extra for express shipping last week, paypal sent the payment but then froze it. Click emailed me asking if I reversed the payment and I immediately called paypal and was told that my account had been limited until they verified that I authorized the payment.

After hearing your experience, I am wondering if I should close my paypal account because it has my bank info and a couple of credit cards stored in there. Very curious.

paypal will credit your account, but if you dont use it a lot, you might want to have them freeze it until you need it again. im thinking this stuff isnt very secure.
ive set up one credit card and one paypal account, both exclusively used for online pharmacies, and have been burned on both. ive never been fleeced in normal cyber commerce otherwise. 2 times out of maybe 15 orders, both will be resolved, but i am going to start changing passwords which ive never bothered with b4.

I am starting to think that some of the places I have stayed away from in the past due to what I consider "scary" payment options (e.g., money gram, WU, COD, etc). may not be such a bad idea if the source is trustworthy. I know of several people who prefer to pay with their credit card, but some have entered it directly on a vendor site and ended up with a bunch of fraudulent charges.

I guess none of it is 100% safe. At least paypal will refund if you get scammed.

Since I paid extra for click to reship my package after it didn't appear after 30 days, I can now track it and see that it entered customs today (It shipped Saturday). So I will be able to see how long it takes customs on the west coast to process. It is entirely possible that my first package is still there, as well. I will keep everyone posted.

I am waiting on a shipment from click now. It is 18 days out. This is my third order. The first order came in 7 days! (I'm in Western US.) The second in 17 and this order is really frustrating me. I was surprised to read of an express shipping option. Mine comes registered and the tracking number shows accepted on the package tracker site and I know from experience it won't show on USPS till the morning of delivery. Will post when I get it.

    I'm on day 29 here...

How are people seeing that their packages are in customs?
I keep reading that EMS never updates beyond the initial acceptance...

It will show up---it took 34 days for one of my orders---but on day 30 they reorder for me and that order showed up in 15 days too--- so everything work out i was very pleased---good quality its worth the wait---Hang in there! Not sure how EMS works. I've always received my packages through USPS which you can't track until the day it arrives at your post office.

So I got it today and it only spent two days in customs, but I don't know if that is shorter due to it being shipped express mail international? Does anyone know if customs processes express differently?

It was missing a third of my order, but that was due to the fact that I added on to my order at the last minute so it was an honest mistake and they said they will add it on to my next order if I don't end up getting the first missing package.

Seeing all of the experiences here makes me believe that the first one is going to pop up any day now. Aside from the long shipping time, click is an A+ in my book.

So this morning I put in my tracking number and got this:

    Service(s): Registered Mail™
    Status: Arrival at Unit

Does that mean I get my package today?

My shipment showed up today. that makes it 20 days. Of course I had to order from friendly clinic because I had been out for a week and that showed today also. I am going to place another order this week so I don't have this problem. Sure can't beat clicks price and they always respond so quickly.

    Yep. It did come today.
Took a while but, with adequate planning, will definitely order again.

Same thing happened here, but I ended up getting not only the reshipment, but the first one finally came two days later. Planning ahead from this point on, for sure!

Something was slowing down ******** postal traffic for shipments from April, though, it seems, so maybe it doesn't always take that long. Still a good idea to order early, though, just in case. They are worth the wait, in any case.

I placed an order on the 17th and it showed up on the 25th! That makes up for the 20 day waits.

babagaga will become famous soon enough

I ordered last week and it arrived in about 7 days, I was very impressed! I had previously ordered and had to wait about 21 days. Seller was quick to respond to queries as well.

I've ordered from clickremedy several times over the past two years; the last time was in December 2010, I believe.
Always been super-pleased with quality and with customer service, other than -as has been said - the long shipping time. Usually around 4-5 weeks.

I just today place another order and am hoping for faster receipt. Even if they're still slow, tho, I'll continue to use them. Great product.

Placed another order with these guys today. Now to play the waiting game.
Everything you do will be forgotten one day, so don't get all la-de-da.
