Do you have to sign?

I have an order with an IOP that will be sent registered mail (internationally). Will I have to sign for this? A basic Google search just gives me mixed answers. I've tried tracking it from the reference number the company provided, but there's not really any information there, so I don't know when to expect it.
Any advice you guys can give would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

You should have a tracking number.
If it begins with an "R" like RR..RN etc. then you will need to sign.
If it begins with LY or something else then no.
It's registered...because the sender wants to verify you got it
personally not just that it was delivered.

I can personally confirm this information based on recent experience / orders. Not that I doubt the source in any way, but it always helps to have more than one confirmation on information. At least for me....

I just sign the slip and put it back out for the post man.
Next day he picks it up.
Day after he leaves it in my box.

As far as signing, OPs are different. Many require signature, many don't. Send an inquiry to your vendor.

Since the final destination is USA then USPS rules would
override originating carrier is my guess.

Actually there is often a link on vendor website
something like shipping/FAQ etc.
