    Default I didn't know this

    @DreamOn

Are you saying that if you order same or similar from multiple IOPs (the kind that have MD review) simultaneously that the IOPs somehow can have knowledge of the info from your other orders? I have only made one online order in recent years and it was an unmitagated flop (well documented elsewhere here). But maybe 15 years ago I ordered fiorinal from multiple IOPs at the same time and all orders were filled. I didn't get the sense that any of them had communication with one another. But maybe, this is something new?? Just curious.

Not necessarily, @cat2. Sometimes different IOP's are related and share information so there is a possibility they will catch it and deny your orders. Others that may not be related might sometimes use the same resources to process orders. It is possible that you could place multiple orders for the same product at the same time and they would all be filled. Its just a chance you take. Its just safer to space them out.

Quick Question for those who have ordered from Rxsaves recently --- is there any word on the situation with FedEx? I tried to post a thread earlier, but as I am not terribly established around here it is pending moderator approval. Seeing RXsaves in the title I thought I'd post the same question here ---

A couple of days ago this message was posted on RXsaves home page ---

---> URGENT UPDATE::: We are experiencing downtime with FedEx servers, they updated their server on MAY 31 and their OLD API is not working any longer. Once we are up and running again with their NEW SERVER will post it here or send us an email “SUBJECT SHIPPING STATUS” and will reply as soon as we are back LIVE. We are hoping within 48 hrs. Thank you.

Has anyone been able to contact them regarding this? If so is there any word on when they will resume shipping? They are a very reputable site and have always come through for me in the past (nothing but positive experiences for me thus far) and so I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I wanted to know if anyone else had ordered something during this period and had managed to get in contact with them.

I plan to call them tomorrow as I could not today due to my work more than overlapping their business hours. If I hear anything I will post it. Anyway --- thanks for reading.

How quickly did you get your package from the time you ordered?

After my friends recommendation, I just tried ordering from them and there is some sort of problem related to fedex. It says on the confirm order page

" FedEx Ship Manager API has been retired. Please use an alternate FedEx solution, or go to FedEx Developer Resource Center - Web Services Migration Contents for more information.
No valid shipping methods available. Please check your shipping address."

And now it won't allow me to finish submitting my order. Any ideas on what on earth this is about?

This is an edit to my yet to be approved post but I see they have a message on the front page that I missed. It notes the fedex shipping issue and they hope to have it resolved in "48 hours". What I worry about is that they say that they changed it on may 31st and it's now june 6th and they still have the problem. I sure hope they do by tomorrow.

Yes, I saw the "Home page" message about the FEDEX problem too and hope it is resolved very soon! Has anyone ordered from them in the last week?

I sure hope they (rxsaves) fix the problem and get back up and running soon! I prefer using only COD/FEDEX overnight sites and they are (were? ) just about one of the most reliable, easy and quick sites I've used!

So far this year, I had 2-of my fav sites switch from FEDEX to USPS only and just recently (in the last week or so) an old fav having problems with ordering and another had it's domain name expire!

I'm about 5-days overdue getting my refill from rxsaves, hurting pretty bad so I went ahead and placed an order for Tramadol with Processrx today after reviewing the ratings here. Wish me luck! I'll keep you posted and hopefully have good news to share!

You will have good news for sure. ProcessRX is about as reliable as it gets. Their verification requirements are more painful than other vendors, but the customer service I have received from them is top-notch.

JMHO and RxSaves doesn't ship to my state...but that whole fedex thing sounds fishy to me. I suspect it may be more related to fedex possibly refusing to ship for the B&M pharmacy they'd been using. I'd read an article a while back that mentioned this....that fedex (and other couriers) were starting to refuse to ship for/pick-up from certain B&M pharmacies.

Fedex is a HUGE operation.....and I can't even remotely see them suspending delivery altogether....for even one day. This just sounds highly unlikely to me.....and I think they're parsing terminology. What they are hoping to do, I'd imagine, is either use a different B&M pharmacy, switch to usps or negotiate more with fedex and turn this around. But I would think that it's highly unlikely that Fedex has temporarily gone down. I'm sure they have occasional computer glitches....just like any other large company/corporation.....but they likely have a huge ITT department that handles this.....and it would never last for several days or shut down their business altogether for several days.

EDIT: OK, I read what is written on their site in one of the above posts again.....and sounds like they are saying that THEIR OWN fedex shipping manager has retired??
That doesn't make sense either. No sense at all.
In fact......the two things cited in the above posts completely contradict each other. One implies it's a fedex server problem and the other implies that their own person who handled fedex shipping retired ( or "been retired"...whatever the heck that means). Why would they have given two totally contradicting explanations? Not to mention, healthsolutionsnetwork is a huge company/corporation that wouldn't go down just because one of their personnel had retired.....not to mention, I'd think they would have known this person was gonna retire soon and have made arrangements for that ahead of time.

Yup. Bob Api, their shipping manager, has retired. We wish you all the best Bob.

Thanks for such positive info, deviance!! I am concerned though, how long this "validation process" will take! I would really like to get my order delivered by Friday!!

As for rxsaves, I also thought maybe FEDEX was refusing to ship for them anymore like they have to most, if not all the other HSN affiliates. I really hope this is not the case....I would actually consider paying a little more for FEDEX overnight shipping as long as it was reasonable!

Yeah....I think that's the same Bob Api who lives up the street from me. I think he had a heck of a nerve just up and retiring without giving them advance notice.
He's losing them thousands of dollars per day.
In fact, I think I'm not gonna give him the retirement gift I got for him.

ADDED: I've thought for quite some time that there was something hinky about the HSN affiliates.....mainly because they only ship to about half the states in the US.

The whole "wish me luck" part of this threads confusing.

Why play around with luck ? Ordering meds........ is now maybe/maybe not ?

I only order from sites known to ALWAYS ship....... without all this drama.

Just me 2cents worth...... confused why there's this guessing game, when there's
sites listed within this forum, that ordering requires no luck.

I suspect the poster only meant it figuratively.....and not literally.
    Kinda like "break a leg".

But you're right in that you should do your research and only order from the most reliable.........although a certain degree of luck does seem to go hand-in-hand with ordering from internet pharmacies.

And the problem is........the site you use could have fabulous reviews and worked great for you for years......and suddenly go down and drop off the radar....along with your order. You can never be 100% guaranteed they are always going to be there and be reliable.
