No I sure wasn't trying to rate my own posts. Thank you so much for explaining this to me. I am a complete computer dummy, as is obvious.

I thought I had done something terribly wrong in my posts and that was why I didn't have the icons. From what I could see everyone had the icons except me. You have answered a question that has been bugging me for a long time. Thanks for taking the time to answer a question that probably seemed extremely stupid to you.

BTW corresponded with a moderator today who helped immensely with another issue
and assured me I had done nothing wrong but didn't explain the icon thing.

I don't post too often, so now that I know I haven't committed some mortal posting sin, I can rest easy.

I lost close to fifteen pounds over three months from elimating just two things in my diet.. no chips only pretzels and i always ate one candy bar a day and I quit doing that. just elimaiting the cady bar of 350 calories over week is 2450 caliories which is about equivalent to one day of eating, so it is like only eating for six days out of the week.. I hope this helps

we r sometimes quiet, but, we r here, clicking "like" and "helpful" away.

@themoshx2, you did have 2 when I answered your question. Not sure when the third showed up but I'm glad it did since it made you feel better It can be frustrating if you are giving it your all and have a lot less pips than others. Keith knows, he mentioned it a month or two ago that he had less than people who had been here for a shorter amount of time.

I usually look at peoples' joined date and number of posts and not the pips, but I know when I first joined getting pips was fun! Everytime a new one shows up you feel like "Yay!". I guess I'm in kindergarten because I shouldn't be doing cartwheels over pips at my age, could lead to serious medical problems lol.
