There are several forums for propecia users and for those wondering how & if this drug works. As for the feedbacks, users say that it didn't promote hair regrowth but it did halted or slowed down the hair loss process. Here's one example of those forum: Does propecia work? My brother uses it. It has helped to arrest his hair loss, but not regrowing much. But it is effective compared to all the "miracle" scams that are all over the net and and are advertised even on tv. The only 2 proven to be effective and prevent hair loss or regrow hair for some are Propecia and Rogaine(and the only 2 approved by the FDA), everything else is just snake oils..
