First of all, know if you truly are pregnant. This can be done through a pregnancy test, or through neighborhood health centers like Planned Parenthood.
What are you taking blood thinners for? If you are taking warfarin, and truly are pregnant, then you are posing a risk to both you and your baby. Warfarin is not good for pregnant women. The safest blood thinner to take, if really needed is heparin. Continuing with warfarin may even cause that abortion that you dread to happen when you tell your mom.
Keeping pregnancy a secret is not easy. Even if it doesn't show physically, morning sickness and other conditions will point to it. Someone who has been pregnant before can recognize those symptoms.
I suggest that you check if you truly are pregnant, then go to a doctor as soon as possible, esp if you are. If taking blood thinners is essential to your health, all the more important to tell your doctor.
As with telling your mother, it is not the end of the world. Unless she has told you outright that she will make you abort the baby when she finds out you are pregnant, then she can be the only person that you can turn to right now, especially if the father of the baby does not recognize his offspring. Being pregnant needs a lot of emotional and mental support, as well as financial. I don't blame you for wanting to keep your baby. But I am more concerned of your health while at this state.
Hope this helps.
