Has anyone skipped a dose of warfarin (coumadin)
Did anything happen? My grandmother skipped her dose yesterday and I'm concerned.

If it is just a dose, then don't worry about it, especially if your grandmother is taking it for maintenance. Just make sure that she takes the next dose. Do not double the dose just to be able to compensate for the missed dose.
