Does Warfarin or Coumadin make you tired

I am on 5 mg a day of Warfarin/Coumadin since last week and also taking Lovenox (100 mg shots). I'm 38 and male. I am really really tired after I take the Warfarin/Coumadin. Is this normal ? Will I feel back to normal ?
