My wife is taking Tenormin & warfarin during pregnancy is it safe

My wife is 6 week pregnant and she is taking these medicine from 2 years since her MVR heart surgery.if these are not safe then can she stop taking it during pregnancy or is there any other alternative for these.her pregnacy test is not coming positive through urine test but it was confirmed by altra sound.as per doctor her baby's growth is slower so she have to take some other medicine to make it normal. can she take it ?isn't it harmfull for her as heart petient or for her baby?

Its mostly harmful to the baby it can cause serious problems i would be asking the doctor if there was any other MEDs and makes sure the OBGYN knows what she is taking
