First, there are several types of "morning-after pills" or emergency contraceptive pills. For mifepristone (Miferex), anticoagulants like warfarin may exacerbate mifepristone-induced bleeding. Manufacturers contraindicates this combination. FYI, mifepristone may be used either as an ECP (emergency contraceptive pill) or as an abortifacient, depending on whether it is used before or after implantation.
Combined oral contraceptive pills used as "morning after pills" like Ovral (ethinyl estradiol + norgestrel) should not be taken with oral anticoagulants like warfarin since Ovral can diminish its effect.
Levonorgestrel (Plan B) which is also used as an ECP seems to have no adverse interaction with warfarin. Please consult your doctor to be sure. As far as I know, the only known substances which can have adverse interaction with levonorgestrel are anticonvulsants like phenytoin and the antituberculosis drug rifampin.
