Warfarin, does anyone have any experiences to share

Hi

I am a 33 year old male, fit, ideal weight, non smoker and very occassional drinker. Diet is healthy.

I am just recovering from a DVT in my left calf, this follows a PE in 2006, the cause of which has never been diagnosed.

I have now been perscribed Warfarin for life but the information on the net and provided by doctors is very confusing and often contradicts itself. I was wondering if anyone with a similar condition to myself has experinced any trivial or serious side effects whilst taking warfarin? My current dose is 4.5mg and my INR is 2.1,
