Are you allowed to donate plasma if you are taking lovastatin
I know that you cannot donate if you are taking certain drugs. Is lovastatin one of them?

Patients taking the following drugs are advised not to donate or defer donating plasma:
Accutane, Proscar & Propecia (defer for 1 month)
Avodart (defer for 6 months)
Soriatane (defer for 3 years)
Tegison (defer permanently)
Other than that, you may donate provided that you are healthy, not experiencing any pain or discomfort and has controlled medical conditions (for example, controlled hypertension).
