What are the effect of Winstrol

Before everyone starts going crazy I am not taking it, my friend is and I curious. He has been taking it for about 3 weeks now, he has droppoed about 15 lbs. and is starting to get some serious muscle definition. Are these normal results or is he losing too much weight?
