Can some one help mi please!!! I Really need to know about powerFULL a Human Growth Hormone (HGH)

I was wondering i thougth about taking powerFULL its a human growth hormone and was wondering can some one tell me a little about it like does it have any side effects ?

also im 18 can was wondering is it safe for me

and does it reall increase your muscle size quickly ?

and it have nature steroid in it is that like a regular steroid?
