what is a good novice cycle for deca durabolin and sustanon? Of just stick with only deca for the cycle

Just curious which would be the better option.. I know 200 for the deca once a week for 12 but i dont know what kind of cycle you would have if you threw in the sustanon? Thanks in advance.
