    Default Best cycle stack for a beginner???

    I am thinking about starting a cycle of steroids. Im 31yrs old, 185lb, good health and I have been working out consitantly for nearly 5 years now. I feel I have reached my plaute and Im just not getting the gains I am looking for anymore. Can anyone suggest a good beginners cycle of steroids for gaining muscle. I am interested in stacking more than one steroid. Also what is a good ballpark estimate of what the cycle will cost. I understand that will be hard to estimate but Im just trying to get a general idea of the cost. Thanks for any info that is given.

    someone here can probably respond but you will get a lot better information and advice from the postings on a bodybuilding forum.

    Anyone knowledgeable is going to ask for details on your routine and diet before getting into more details though. If you are not already squatting heavy and eating like a pig you are missing out on more natural gains and would be wasting a cycle if you're not doing them when on, imo

    But the short answer is from what I know is that some type of injectable Test is usually a the base of a first cycle for people who are serious.

    Weeks 1-8 Testosterone enthanate 500mg (per week in divided doses)
    Weeks 1-5 Dianabol 35mg (per day split into divided doses)
    Week 10 Start PCT

    Weeks 1-11 Testosterone cyp 500mg
    Weeks 1-10 Deca 300mg
    Week 14 Start PCT

    All of these are excellent beginner-Int cycles, I've used all of them at one point or another and can attest to their efficacy.

    500mg of testosterone is a common beginner start. This likely won't cause any problems, especially if you are are at a low body-fat already, avoid alcohol and take a zinc supplement, which you should be taking already.

    6 months ago, I could of gotten a 20 week cycle for 100 bucks, but a lot of sources have dried up.

    its like window shopping - try it out and see. basically the more you take the more you crash when you come off so try not to overdo it and definitely get come clomid for after . I would recommend sustanon 2cc a week for 12 weeks combined with oral winny and masteron then i highly recommend primobolan and low dosage winny to come off with before total coming off on clomid

    There is a lot of legit sources available online just make sure you find one that is a sponsor on a bodybuilding site. Then you can look at the forum and read the reviews to see if they are backed up at the time, the quality of their products, how long it will take to arrive after payment and anything else you might want to ask before ordering.


    A great bulking cycle for beginners is this:

    Dbol every day weeks 1-4
    Testosterone Enanthate @ 500mg weekly week 1-10
    Deca @ 400mg weekly week 1-10

    PCT starting 2 weeks after last shot
    Clomid 50mg everday week 12-15

    Cycle support
    HCG 250 iu 2x a week week3-10
    Arimidex and possibly letrozole on hand for any gyno flare ups

    For your first cycle please use only one compound an injectable test such as enanthate. Anyone giving you all these stronger and multiple combos is giving you bad advice. For a beginner in the off chance you react badly to what your taking it's a lot easier to pin down to what it is if your only running a single compound. This also allows you to see what type of sides you may be prone too before you get into a more advanced cycle so you'll be prepared with how to deal with them. If you run a 500mg week test e cycle pinning 250mg sun/weds you will grow nicely if your diet and training is in check, you can run it for 8-10 weeks depending on if you get any negative sides but test e is usually pretty mild with acne breakouts usually being the only major side you may encounter although some people start getting gyno symptoms even on this low a dosage.

    i wanna be careful here because i love this site but if your in to steroids this is not the site you want--you need a Body Building site and many of them exist--i prefer "steroid Encyclopediyou have no right messing with roidsa" the infor you get there is great-----listen man -dont do roids until you talked to different Bodybuilders-------you know what PCT means??? if not u have no right messing with roids

    Please do more research if you're serious. I know lots of forums you can check out to head you in the right directions. I would recommend

    14-16 weeks of Test E/C 500mg a week split up in two dose 250 every mon/thurs
    1-6 weeks of 50mg of Dbol everyday

    Get on a few anabolic boards and just research man. Do as much research as you can until you find the right cycle for your goals in what your looking for. But you need to know the basics and to have the right ancillaries if you need them when on and when your coming off a cycle. A person who wants to do juice needs to educate first then juice.

    Take your time and do some reading and research bro. In the end its so much better and you won't end up regretting getting gyno or crashing. You don't want to just crash after your cycle man. I have seen guys hit hard, and its not a nice thing.

    There are as many cycles as digits and everyone will have their own preferences.

    What you need to consider for yourself is
    1. What kind of gains do you want out of a cycle?
    2. What kind of sides are you willing to accept?

    Once you figure out those 2 points above it becomes simpler.

    These are the best cycles to begin with (in my opinion off cource):

    Bread & Butter

    Cycle:
    Week 1-10 : 250 mg Test Enth /EW
    Week 1-10 : 200 mg Deca /EW
    Week 1-4 : 30 mg dianabol /ED
    If needed: week 1-10 : 20 mg nolvadex /ED


    PCT:
    Week 12-15 : 20 mg nolvadex /ED
    of 75 mg Clomid /ED



    Bread & Butter II

    Cycle:
    Week 1 : 500 mg Test Enth + 400 mg EQ
    Week 2-10 : 250 mg Test Enth /EW
    Week 2-10 : 300 mg EQ /EW
    Week 1-5 : 30 mg dianabol /ED
    Week 4-10 : 50 mg Provi /ED


    PCT:
    Week 12-15 : 25 mg nolvadex /ED of 75 mg Clomid /ED

    A lot of these are standard routines that work well for many, but they're often used by people trying to make serious progress as fast as possible. From the sounds of your post, you're looking to bust through a natural plateau, not bust through your shirt.

    Two cycles of 250mg/week would be far better than one cycle of 500mg/week for both gains and lessening side effects.

    The dose response curve for testosterone is a little sharper than linear but the side effect profile is nearly exponential. Use the lowest dosages you can. The same goes for cycle duration. I've personally seen people do amazing things with an 8 week cycle of 250mg enanthate with the standard 25mg/50mg nolvadex/clomid post cycle. With lower testosterone doses, the post cycle doses will be lower and more effective.

    Something I didn't see from other posts: are you looking to have any (more) kids? If so, HCG would be a good addition and it would be an even stronger argument for lower doses. (You can avoid most if not all of the long term side effects of the 500mg cycles - I'm not entirely trying to sell you on lower dose cycles. Run a cycle that is equivalent to your goals.)

    Wow, man, there's a lot of really bad advice in this thread! Please get on a good bodybuilding forum and do months of research before starting this. I'm don't want to offend any of those who gave you advice, but I gotta tell the truth - you're asking for nothing but trouble if you use more than one drug on your first cycle. You have no idea how your body will respond to it, so if you start stacking drugs, you won't know what caused any problems that might flare up. Gyno is no joke, and it's not the worst thing that can happen. A good beginner cycle is 10-12 weeks of test enanthate BY ITSELF. But without knowing about your diet, height, max lifts, other supplement experience, etc., no one can in good conscience recommend drugs. In 9 out 10 cases, guys are nowhere near their natural potential when they look drugs because they don't have their diet dialed-in. Please check out Anabolic Minds and consider joining. Read about diet and training first, then learn all you can about other supps, then learn about drugs, on-cycle support, and post cycle therapy. Unless your 5'7" and shorter and less than 10% bodyfat, you probably have a lot of gains left "in the tank" before you pick up a syringe. I'm not against steroids at all - I think they are great! But please take time to do your research.

    it also depends on what you are trying to get out of the cycle. If you want to gett ripped or get really big. You have to make the choice yourself but most of the time always use testosterone and stack that with something else.

    If you eat an excess of calories, workout 4 times a week and get 6-8 hours of sleep your gonna get big following this cycle:

    Weeks 1-4 : 30 mg dianabol everyday
    Weeks 1-16 : 250 mg test enth twice a week
    Weeks 2-16 : .5 mg arimidex every other day

    FOR ANYONE READING THIS THREAD WITH THE ORIGINAL QUESTION FOR YOURSELF. 500mgs of testosterone, zinc to lower estrogen side effects, and stinging nettle root to free up testosterone in your bloodstream from SBHG. 12 weeks, because you'll have intensive gains your body will not be used to you want to drag it out to get your body attuned to the gains even after they stop. POST CYCLE THERAPY creatine and glutamine 20 grams a day for 10 days after your last shot, 10g a day after that creatine 5 before and 5 after workout, glutamine 5 after workout and 5 before bed, clomid and tamoxifen (nolvadex) you can find out how to take this for PCT all over the net, but I suggest taking more than the usual if you gained a serious amount of water weight as you have more estrogen side effects.
