I am having a pain in my left shoulder after injecting sustanon 250,500mgs
Is it normal or what.What should i do to make my pain less.I have a shoulder workout tommorow i cant afford to train with pain in shoulders.Any info would be appreciated.Please no anti steroid comments.


This is the first time i have been on an injectable cycle.

no shoulder training for at least 72 hours, until all the drugs absorbed, drink plenty of water to make your blood flow faster
