Human growth hormone and weight gain.?

I'm taking hgh as perscribed by my endocrinologist and well...here's a bit of background info before anything:

Im 16 (almost 17)
im 5'3
taking 3mg of nordiflex norditropin hgh regularly every night
used to weigh around 125 around last time i checked (which was a long time ago [possible half a year to a year])

so the thing is, i weighed myself today at the grocery store and found that i was 148 pounds and so you can imagine i was shocked at the weight gain (also seeing as i've grown a posible two inches only so far)

but the most peculiar thing is, i've actually felt like i've lost weight, as in, im much thinner and alot leaner than before to the point where my body is not looking too shabby

so yea, thats just what i was wondering about seeing as thats kinda weird and also seeing as my BMI might say im overweight but i really do not look like it, at all, or feel it, at all.

Another bit of info, my blood readings came back perfect for sugar cholesterol and all that stuff...

how can this be?
