Growth hormones works only in individuals with existing growth deficiency. Have you consulted a physician already? They can refer you to an endocrinologist for screening & possible growth hormone therapy if indicated. Growth spurts are delayed in men and may continue until 25 years of age so it is possible that you can still increase in height.
