Sustanon 250 and Deca painful injection?

I recently injected 1cc of Sustanon 250 and 1cc of Deca. I took the Sus in the Glute and the Deca in the Shoulder. I had Never given myself one in the shoulder before and as I was injecting the needle I got about half way in and I felt a sharp pain, like I had been electrcuited. I have had a lot of pain in my shoulder after 24 hrs and the pain has increase in my glutes as well, but have no swelling or change in skin color. Any reasons for this. I was also wondering if its alright to inject the gear after it's "BEST BY DATE" I recieved the gear last week and it is going to expire in 8 months, I have enough gear to do 2 cycles and plan on taking a break after the first one and the gear might be expired. Is this ok to inject. One more question, I had planned on taking the Sus 2 times a week 250mg per inject and the deca 250mg once a week, can I just load up the syringe with all the gear in one and take it in the glute one time a week.


I also notice that the deca has some stuff in the vial that looks like small particles of ice, is this normal? This gear is also really thick and hard to get out of the vial and inject, any suggestions.
