I was wondering if it's alright to take deca and Sus together in the same syringe. I recently took a cc of deca in the shoulder and Sus in the glute and the pain in both areas was outrageous. So I want to put all the gear in one and take one shot a week instead of the scheduled 1 shot of deca and 2 shots of Sus. I can deal with the pain in the glute better than in the shoulder.
you can mix them if they are both oil based...mixing sust with something like winsterol would be a little more worry some.
shooting sustanon once a week is not really recommended though.
