Can catching a virus trigger an autoimmune disease in less than two weeks

Or am I symptomatic of a virus? Three months ago, I engaged in oral stimulation of the nipples, hand-to-genital tocuhing, and body-kissing/licking with a girl. There was no mouth-to-mouth kissing. Two weeks later, I was unlucky enough to suffer from migratory myalgia and arthalgia. I have since tested negative for every STD, all within their given window periods.

I'm not sure if this is viral or if I somehow exposed myself to a virus and then caused an autoimmune response that caused symptoms in under two weeks. I know that very simple, everyday viruses like EBV, CMV, HPV, Hepres Simplex, HHV-6, HHV-7, and Parvo has been implicated in triggering autoimmune conditions. The thing is, a large majority of people will acquire these diseases before they graduate high school and many even before they start grade school. This is strange because autoimmune disorders are vastly more common in adults than children and it indicates to me that, if viruses do, in fact, trigger these disorders, it take years for the process to show symptoms. Any thoughts?

First, arthralgia and myalgia per se are no autoimmune diseases. Both are known to be "joint pain" & "muscle pain" in lay terms, respectively, and can be symptoms of a variety of conditions---autoimmune disease is among the possible causes.

Were you diagnosed of a specific autoimmune disease? If so, it would help us reply appropriately if you specified what disease you have.
