Does this sound like I have autoimmune disease
I've been feeling sick a lot this year with one thing after another and when i researched my symptoms it sounds a lot like auto-immune. i'm constantly tired, have muscle/joint pain/brittle hair/ & weight loss without exercise.

I know It's also a genetic disease and when my cousin was only 4 she was really sick with a kidney infection, then the flu, & she also had lots of head colds. Then one day she died of unknown causes and doctors think it could have been autoimmune.

The symptoms you've mentioned are associated with a vast number of conditions, not just autoimmune disease---from malnutrition to cancer. It would be unwise to think that you have autoimmune disease without consulting with your doctor & no confirmatory tests.
