There is no specialist on autoimmune diseases alone, rather there are medical specialist who address these illnesses symptom by symptom: rheumatologists for joint pain and fatigue, endocrinologists for hormonal imbalances, dermatologists for rashes and so on.
I agree with the previous post, immunologists may help but they'd still refer you to the specialists I mentioned depending on the symptoms.
