Should I get checked for autoimmune disease
I have a multi nodular goiter. Labs are normal except t4 level is 13 with lab range of 4.5 to 12.0 and tsi is 141 with lab range of 0-129. I have been having many symptoms of palpitations, tremors, anxiety, migranes and bowel problems with intolerance to cold and noise. I have a family history of autoimmune disease in my family. Father side has aunts and uncles, grandfather and father has neurofibromatosis and mothers side has crohns and graves disease. Have been sick for almost a year. symptoms have not gotten better only worse. I am not under any abnormal amount of stress than the average individual. I only recently found out about family history.

Your symptoms generally point to having hyperthyroidism which is a symptom of Graves disease. You should go check with your internist or doctor for a complete diagnosis of your ailment to be able prescribe something to help.
