Do bone marrow transplant patients have to take immunosuppressive drugs for life
I was thinking that this may not be so since their immune systems would have been wiped out by the initial chemo/radiotherapy.

As a principle, immunosuppressive prophylaxis must be maintained throughout life. However, medication can be stopped or weaned gradually a year after the transplant.
