orangeGorilla, usually it's gonna happen at the time of delivery, or they'll intercept the package ahead of time to deliver it dressed as a UPS employee or USPS employee, etc., but then I guess that's going to end up being at the time of delivery too!
Back when there were online pharmacies that you sent your records to and they prescribed hydrocodone every month for a pretty large fee, people were visited by the DEA or LE after the pharmacies were raided and the records were reviewed. In those very few cases, the police were after the pharmacist or owner of the pharmacy and wanted the people who were receiving medicine from those places to give a written statement or appear in court to convict the pharmacist/owner. They weren't actually after the people who were paying a monthly fee plus medicine costs to receive hydrocodone or various benzos.
So in short, nowadays your concern would be more about the immediate delivery. Since most people are ordering from over seas pharmacies there is nothing LE or DEA could do years later. It's not like they're going to India and trying to find files on people ordering. So if you get your package and no one busts your door down within the next hour I'd say you are okay
Hope that made sense.
