Got my Acxion... we shall see

Hi guys,

Well I told you I would let you know how the whole acxion purchase went, so here you go. I received it yesterday. It's Fentermina from Mexico and appears to be legit, original packaging and everything.

I tried it today and so far I'm okay but not overwhelmingly impressed. It's good to know I have this option, but I don't think it's going to curb my appetite completely. Is there a big difference between this Mexican Fentermina and the U.S. Phentermine?

Anyway just wanted to update. Feel free to ask me whatever, and if anyone has anything to add I'd love to hear. So far it is a pretty clean feeling, no heart palpitations or bad jitters, and I did notice myself feeling more social for the first few hours. Naturally with this kind of thing it takes more than one day to judge it. Sometimes a good thing can turn ugly -- I know this from experience.

I have taken 3 of the Acxion's today. It is definitely weaker. I take 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.

just seen your post.

I started taking axcion a few days ago and find it really strong, only manage to take it in halves.

Energy levels are defo increased. no appetite.

very pleased with it, although I can imagine if you take to much it would not feel great, maybe even a bit sketchy.

I have not been able to find american Phentermine, but have Duromine which I will begin to take shortly and mix and match it up a bit.

Thanks for all your information on Axcion here, ive been considering ordering this or Ritalin. Ive never tried Ritalin before, I really want adderall but....... too hard to find. However, I have anxiety so Im not sure how Ritalin would affect me. Have any of you taken Ritalin for weightloss?

Hi, if you have anxiety issues Ritalin or Adderall, would be a very poor choice. These drugs are far more likely to make that condition much worse.

There are two types of phentermine available( only 1 in the US)
There is Phentermine Resin(Duromine, Ionamin( no longer available) usually available in does of 15MG, 30MG or 40MG. This is a slow release version that has a relatively long acting half-life, so don't take it after noon if you plan on sleeping.

The second is still sold in the US , phentermine HCL (Adipex-P) usually available in 37.5 MG taken once daily in the am. It also has a relatively long half-life but gives you a faster energy boost than the resin versions. They are different iterations of the same drug.
If you like that sort of speedy feeling out of the gate, so to speak, Adipex-P is probably what you want. Duromine is effective also, but takes longer to reach peak plasma concentration.

I have taken both and don't really have a preference. Both will eventually loose their appetite suppression abilities after about 90 days or so, so it may be prudent to switch to something like Tenuate or Tenuate Dospan for awhile.

I just received my Acxion yesterday and took the first does today.
I took it at 10am and still feel the affect almost 12 hours later. So far so good.
No appetite what so ever!

Hi, I've tried Acxion and really had no response at all. My appetite was exactly the same. I wish it had worked, because it seems fairly easy to get a hold of. Oh, well...

@AnnieClay maybe try a higher dose, 1.5 - 2 tablets. As this thread shows, results vary. I'm sure metabolism, gender, etc. all play a role in its effectiveness.

As for my experience, I've taken the axcion pills for a week now. It is definitely weaker than the Phentermine 37.5 that I got off a friend, but I knew it would be because the Axcion has only 30mg. Whether it is only 80% effective is too close to call.

It has worked for me, however. I feel hungry, empty, but no hunger pains. I find I can distract myself from not eating easily enough.

I took one pill for three days and 1.5 for two days to see what dose would be the most effective and I think one pill is good for now, but I can see the need to up it soon.

I also only try to take it 5 days a week in an effort to keep my tolerance from building too fast. I find it still helps marginally during the off days, but that just be in my head.

@Jujusbee As far as I can tell, the strength or kick if you will, of the phentermine products available today is not as potent as it once was. Acxion is 30mg of phentermine, whereas U.S. phentermine is usually 15mg, 30mg, or 37.5mg. Something to keep in mind also about the Axcion AP is that it is extended release, so it may last longer overall, however, you may not 'feel' it as much. Good luck to you.

Keep in mind that MANY IOPS say they sell Adipex-P ( phentermine HCL) and in fact ship Duromine, Axcion, Terfamex, etc which are in fact (phentermine resin)

While these are quite similar, they do act in different ways, and its less related to the dose ( Adipex-P typically is 37.5 MG ) whereas ( Duromine, Axcion & Terfamex typically 30MG)

Because they are both phentermine preparations, many IOPS list them as ADIPEX-P because they know most Americans are not familiar with the other 3 preparations which are not sold here in the US. At one time, there was a drug called Ionamin (phentermine resin) sold here in the US but they stopped making it here some time ago.

While these drugs are essentially the same, there are some differences . The 30MG Resin (Axcion, Duromine , etc) takes longer to reach peak plasma levels and is generally thought to have a bit of a longer half-life. The 37.5 MG HCL salt version (Adipex-P) reaches peak plasma levels faster and is thought to have a slightly shorter half-life than its Resin Cousin.

In real world terms, this means Adipex-P 37.5 MG will act faster after you take it but not last quite as long as the Axcion 30MG version, which takes longer to "kick in " so to speak, but lasts longer. Both drugs are otherwise very similar in their weight loss abilities and lose effectiveness generally after about 12 weeks.

It's really a matter of which you prefer , but if it makes a difference to anyone, the 30 MG Resin Base version generally produces fewer side effects than the 37.5 MG HCL salt version.

Thank you - I have never actually been able to find the 37.5 variety but I am pretty happy with the axcion
30mg. It's of course no permanent solution
But it's doing the trick with post baby weight
I am coming up to 44lbs lost in 6 weeks

I really prefer the Axcion AP. I don't the the head buzz 15 minutes after taking it. I just don't feel hungry at all. I do take it close to noon but this way it keeps my munching under control from 8pm to11pm. That's when I need it the most.

Keep up the good work on the weigh loss! 44 pounds is pretty impressive!!!!
